At 2:30 am on Saturday, April 15, we were awoken by a crash. We rushed downstairs to find a Nissan Maxima inside our living room.

jkohl > The wooden box and the remotes had been sitting on top of the entertainment center in front of the TV. It seems that as the TV was tilted back from the impact of something heavy, the box and remotes were also pushed back, so that the TV came to rest on top of them.
jkohl > Closer view. Magazines, books, and video games from a table in the corner all landed inside the television (along with pieces of the magazine rack next to the couch).
jkohl > Side view of the TV. The dark shape at the right edge of the photo is ... outside. The interior wall was torn away to that point by the car.

jkohl > A puncture in the painting that was hung over the sofa.
